I saw this type on Ft. Polk Louisiana. Except the clear sky was purple ( it was dusk), and the cloud cell had lighting flashing all through it. It was amazing.

The Arabic word for a sand storm is AJAAJ عجاج.
Haboob هبوب is the action of the wind causing the sand storm or the action of the sand storm movement .
Therefor using the word Haboob to describe a sand storm caused by wind and its movement is actually correct,without any emphasis on the "B".

I saw this type on Ft. Polk Louisiana. Except the clear sky was purple ( it was dusk), and the cloud cell had lighting flashing all through it. It was amazing.
