@birdoflightning Help on recording or help on moves? The moves are just motion data you can download pretty much anywhere... you just have to know the name. Second, the smooth part is either the version you have or the recording you're using. I use Microsoft Video 1, the recording is slow but the quality is good. get the latest MMD version for best recording results. good luck!
