yea this is the heart beat sensor, the heart beat detector is the bigger one which transmits the enemy's positions to your team mates radar

omg i hate those noobs that immediately rush towards that door when they hear the beep. it didnt even open yet so like there doing nothing for 5 seconds. if about 5 people are doing nothing for five seconds then the infected have an even easier job to infect. then if they live the people who do work are locked out cuz the noobs who rushed in locked the dam door. Trollin ftw :D

@FrostyChilli Sorry but i must laugh at your "noobyinish" XD.... ok im done now. so in quarintine on tis level there are two "openings" one is the one your at and the oter is the jail looking one with the bars. the timer inderneath the kills at the top of the window, has a timer...

@FrostyChilli at 1:00 these both open for the non infected to hide. you go inside and theres a keypad next to both of them, when you look at em it'll say hold E and it will close (same to open again), all you have to do is go in and stand back.

Btw. thanks for telling me how these doors work. But 1 thing...if it is openable only from inside then how can infected get in ? Break down the door ?

@FrostyChilli yeah just when you go in DONT SHOOT THE GLASS! but they can break in by just hitting it but most dont know the secret :) see when your the infected nexon put in physics, the glass is weakest at the left top so when hitting it you go in a pattern, top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right, and keep going in that patter it'll breack :D

It doesn't matter reallt which one you are using. Both work the same work just the detector has wider range and your teammates see what you see from the radar.
