Well done. And to the the anonymous person: The magic of Scott Sonnon is not in his own physical ability anyway! It's his perfect form that we can use as a template and his understanding of biomechanics, joint mobility, flow, and all the rest. What are we 12? "My dad can beat up your dad" kind of thing?
What is also interesting about this is that Sonnon is not particularly big but has a lot of strength. Size does not make the matter, but this video does show that matter makes the size meaningful (if that makes sense--it doesn't matter really). I'll tone down the praise because others have expressed the idea well, but that is a very good feat. Just getting the mill technique working takes time to adjust to, not even considering real weight being used. The 25s are good enough for me so far...
Just stumbled on this, and all I can say never doubt Scott. He's the real deal times ten. Prior to my move I had clubbells, including a pair of 45s, and could mill, shield cast, etc., with on arm, years ago. Best mill was 18/18 or something like that; doubt believe I ever did 20/20. Grip was low and regulation.
And this is to be said, too: that Coach Sonnon is the only one I have seen on youtube who mills the 45lbs grasping it nearer to the knob than to the cone. And the swingers know that it makes difference, handling such a weight. (Obviously I can't mill it, nor swing it, grasping anywhere!).
I can say that this proves the point that the RMAX team leads from the front and continues to push the envelop in there teachings. In others words they live want they preach.
Very impressive - and excellent form - love it!

I've never seen those things before, they look pretty hard to use. I probably would have clobbered the back of my head, lol.
