  • Why dont u touch it faggggggg!!!!!!

  • nice, but get your EGTs down before you melt the fucker :P

  • Oh ryt

  • Its not a ford engin its a volvo engin just been toped up 4 more bhp

  • @oTzSkiiLZz

it is a ford engine not a volvo engine, its a mk1 focus rs

  • @oTzSkiiLZz Clueless muppet. It's a Ford Zetec-E engine, with a Ford turbo charged setup.

  • should probably heat wrap that lol its giving the intake temps no justice :)

  • sweet car you got there. i love ford so much :)

  • I dare you to touch it.

  • put your hand on it so we can laugh

  • ford power i love it

  • Its not actually that close thb. The pd ones were worse. I have seen them melt totally on trackdays. I dont have the car anymore unluckily.

  • couldn't help but notice how close yr silicone hose is to the red hot manifold, be carfully, lol very nice ca r tho m8.

  • God i love Ford

  • what sort of temps are we looking at here? i was thinking of a ceramic coating on my rs manifold, that comes at a cost of around £250, but also seen there is almost the same benefit using the heat proof strip wrapping it around

  • Don't bother with the heat wrap, not much of a drop in temp. Ceramic is the way to go, you will notice a different in under bonnet temps.

  • Nice. My mate has the GT26something (GT25 fitment with GT28 internals) and his manifold does the same. The two primaries feeding into that secondary cause it to go really hot. Hope the person that bought your car has stuck a heatshield on that because it will start to discolour the bonnet. Super temps!!

  • a gt25 with 28 internals is just a hybrid gt25. the two into one is the only downside of that manifold, athough it didnt stop high power and torque figures. the person who bought the car bought it standard (almost) it can be bad putting a heat shield on it because the tubes expand under heat and need the freedom to move. a heat sheld stops this and has been know to cause the primary welds to crack of heatsheld lugs to snap off.

  • what i did was the underside of the bonnet was covered in foil tape to reflect the heat. i was going to fit a bonnet vent for cooling but never got round to it. other than that you can wrap them but i thought that looked naff or do what i was going to to, get it ceramic coated, although these still glow. even on the PD ones. the bonnet used to get so hot you could cook an egg on it

  • iv got a focus but it crashed oh dear

  • 50p if you touch it :) Ha ha. Canny whack a blue oval.

  • haha i had mine doing that, it actualy went soft lol

  • who the fuck asked you. go bum your jap crap.

  • Ford FTW!

  • Fucking damn right go blow up ur civic LOL nice motor dude i have a mondeo SI 2.0 but wanting the ST24 now:d

  • EGT? LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • whare can i buy one of thease manifolds online or over the phone?

  • quite hard to get to be honest, the rs ownersclub is where i got mine but ebay has them from time to time. they are in limited supply

  • jeez!! i couldn't find any turbo manifolds for the focus in the states!!! i literally had to make my own!! lol

  • we got a focus turbo as standard although it had a crap manifold on it due to manufacturing reasons. so there are quite a few aftermarket ones in the uk to solve this.

  • what boost was that running ?

  • 22.5psi

  • looks like a horny penzi

  • my users name is foley 2128, hope to cya logged on at some point

  • Nice. What gear was it run in, I'm guessing 5th/6th?

  • no thats running in 4th gear, doesnt have 6th for a start. its run right down from idle to redline in 4th gear.

  • wow, now they're some pink tubes! can't wait to get my hands on an RS! :D

  • WOW! serious power going through them! :)

    Touch it i dare you.....

    lol :P :P :P

  • GT25 or GT28 ?

  • gt25 with forge actuator (and quite a bit more)

  • and fms manifold

  • sure is, pound for pound the best manifold for the frs i think.

  • sure is ive got one on my frs, you need to get yours ceramic coated

  • sadly the car has gone now, house came onto the scene, didnt really see the need to ceramic coat it, i wasnt losing performance, it ran 325bhp and 350lbs/ft on a standard turbo so couldnt complain

  • good power figures there am running 300bhp, the coating just helps keep the engine cooler, also keep the heat in and the gases flow quicker, this giving more power, shame you aint got it anymore

  • you on RSOC?

  • sure are, are you?

  • yeah but not on it as much, my username is milli, that video was taken at the northern monkeys RR day at TB turbos. whats our username?
