She doesn't seem to have the precision in this video that Sadie does, but she's still really good. I think she was just kind of all over the place a little at times. For example those head slides at the end, they looked rather tilted and botched.

Love this video. I think it shows off Kaya's spirit just wonderfully. I have been lucky enough to be taught by both Kaya and Sadie. The styles differ, but the energy of their dance is beautiful and confident.

Now when I am doing a belly dance competition I would never dance like that...my arms and shoulders are more controled and I don't do the porn star thing: porno hair flips, porno facial expressions, titty shake (vs shoulder isolations)

Why is it supposed to be sensual? The music is upbeat, and fast. I am so sick of people acting like a dance, any dance, can only be one thing. Belly dance comes from like a million different places you know. Oh, and by the way, loved it. Really fun performance. She might look slutty to some, but she has fun routines.

She is one of the nicest teachers I have ever had. During my first large group class, she noticed the few things I was actually able to do correctly and spent a lot of time helping me figure the rest out. She also has everyone's name memorized the the beginning of the second class.
