If there is an active case of pursuit of a criminal black males are intentionally stopped even if they are not the offender. If a cop wants to search a car and has suspicion of drugs or weapons, he/she may search ANYWHERE in the vehicle where the alleged drugs or weapons could fit. What could I possible be editing out, the part where the black and Spanish motorist hypnotize the cops into letting them go even though they have guns and drugs?
