on playstation you cant. You can only play it with gameshark or something.

@pulapraca The only way you can play as N.Oxide is from Gameshark codes, but sometimes they can screw up your console. If you do beat all of N.Oxide's times, you unlock Naughty Dog's Scrapbook, which shows a small tribute for Naughty Dog

WRONG O!! Gameshark is 1 but there are cheats in the game that unlock those characters the ONLY Gameshark require character is Oxide.
