Thanks, I was able to get a school excuse for monday and wednesday, so I will be able to rest up and heal til friday of next week. Makes me feel better to know I have extra time to heal up.

Thanks Cami, It feels great "emotionally " to be on the losers bench. I just can't wait to be finished with the mending part. I am hoping to make a video tomorrow. I just got home on thursday. I had a few reasons that I had to stay an extra night.
Congratulations we can definately get through all this together. If you are anything like me, you will have a lot of trapped air to get rid of. Besides the drain, the swelling and gas are the worst part.
It hurt me for a few days to breathe deep. Just take it easy and keep walking. It's awesome to see you looking so good. Get your rest and CONGRATULATIONS !!!!!!! It's going to get better every day !!
It's amazing isn't it. They didn't even let me have anything but ice chips until 2 1/2 days after surgery in case they had to go in and look for a bleed and it didn't matter one bit to me. Just wait til you get home and have to set a timer to remind you to eat ! LOL. I never had that feeling before.

I'm having surgery on the 12th... So we can watch each other get skinny!! YAY!! Congrats on your surgery!! Glad to see you're doing okay. :)

sip & walk & when you're done sip & walk some more! I had the same problem with breathing in, but remember it's all uphill from here... Fab

yep, I walked and walked while I was at the hospital. Everybody seemed amazed that I walked as much as I did.
