@780512 The instrument is usually called a "clarsach" (the Gaelic name) or "folk harp".  There are quite a few clarsach players in the Scottish folk scene. Look for Patsy Seddon or Ailie Robertson.

Whoever this player is, she's good.

It almost sounds like Violin is the main instrument and Harp is an accompaniment as percussion along with Tabla. Wah! what a wonderful synchronization from 3 instrumentalists. They play Raga Kirwani ( Mera dil ye pukare aaja from Nagin fame).
