  • the guy demonstrating creeps me out

  • i just tried the incline and decline press and its quite difficult to adjust yourself to it coz you keep slipping off the bench

  • I would like to buy this equipment, but in my country there isn`t a dealer.

Could any one who has purchase the workbench leverage gym LS-11 tell me the packaging information, in order to arrange shipment to my country?

Height, length, width of the packaging, number of boxes

The utility bench is included in the same box?

    Txs.

  • Just got my gym. And I got to say it's great just what I was looking for. I can bench 160 max on free weights and on the powertec I can do 210 two times. So yea there is a difference in the weight but I can still get to my max just put more weight on tell you find your range. I know I never go up to 500 so I'm happy as I can be with the powertec work bench.

  • i am buying this........is it a good buy???

  • @21chrisaug I bought one on Amazon a couple of weeks ago. It's great! I replaced my free weights with this system because I like to work out without a spotter and this allows me to exercise to failure without risk of dropping the weight on myself. I feel safe doing squats since I don't lose my balance. And there's about 40 different exercises you can do if you get creative. For example, I bought a tricep rope to do pulldowns and also use it for ab crunches. Incline decline and flat bench 2

  • i bench 210 on here, but a a freeweight bench, i can only get 140

  • This equipment is top notch and safe!

  • What's the name of this music?

  • i like the power rack system, since you workout more muscles using free weights, this here is good for isolating certain muscles is what i heard. anyways do your research well.

  • I'm wondering to buy this or the power rack. The reason why I would buy this is because you can avoid injuries but still train with a lot of weights. The reason why I would buy the power rack is because what I miss in this device is the possibility to do narrow bench press, because with free weights you can choose where you put your hands on the bar and here not. Difficult choice.

  • @meningzegger A horizontal attachment comes witht he system. It attachs betweeb the hand grips.

  • i can do 220 on that bench but on a normal i can only do 160

  • @GtDUDE40 Yeah the ratios of weight are different on a leverage from free weights. Not a big deal.

  • I've been into bodybuilding for 25 years.Have seen some gyms from the inside.

I bought the leverage gym and leverage squat since I can't workout with free weights anymore due to injuries.

And I have to say they a're at least as good as any leverage system I've worked on in professional gyms.

I only can recommend the powertec system to anyome looking for a system to workout at home .

  • Perfecto!

  • purchased this and assembled it but how do you get the seat to swivel around to the side because mine doesn't seem to be able to do that

  • @sarita916

i have an older model from like 10 years ago, but if its pretty much the same, there was a knob you just had to unscrew or something like that to free it. my memory is a little vague, but i think this info should be helpful

  • @sarita916 I'm wondering the same thing, as I need to figure out whether to buy ths or the powertec multisystem gym

  • Price range aus?

  • how can i got like this

  • @squ25 just wear pink shorts

  • top equipment i have one and its superb!!

  • fitness-superstore.

  • the BEST home gym for the money, hands down.

  • janboogy, but they didn't have to make the thing so tall with the high pulley. They shoulda made it shorter, and if it was in your way( which I doubt it would ) then just take the pulley bar off. It looks like they could have made it shorter. That is my only flaw about thinking of getting this, it is the space it takes up. If you have info about this hit me back, like if you can adjust height.

  • @dboyz0123

you wouldnt be able to adjust the height without having to find a custom length cable anyways so i don't see why you would want to. besides the height is perfect for people that do a wide variety of workouts. it might be better for u if it was short, but there are a lot of good reasons for it to be as tall as it is.

  • nice !
