i tried this in scotland 10 years back ,in the over forties,to my suprise i came forth in the 250 class,didnt go down to well with the jocks,i then got a maico 440 and won a tenner in the last race of the season ,good times,smoke,mud,and plenty of beer, great

very cool.can always appreciatge the old bikes.there slower then now days mx rockets but there badass..im only 16,but i ABSELOUTLY LOVE vintage mx bikes.

i own a 1977 yamaha mx-100...1981 honda cr450r,,,i HAD a bultaco...i love them all.wish i was around to see them all in there glory days.

You youngsters are missing the point, yes they were slow, also very heavy. To do well you needed to be fit and strong. You had to build and tune your own bike from a stock road bike in those days. You could not go into a shop and buy one until the two strokes arrived in the mid 60s

#218 is slow as hell. you can hear em rhomp it every once in a while. hed probabley be faster on a smaller bike. I would lap em en my dads XL175.
