You'll notice how the phone was absent at the very end of the day. I bet it was something like: "Man this was a long a** day. I'm not taking any more calls."
this looks fun to do stuff thru this office 2012. the question is how long it's gonna take to master this program? :/ because all I use are Word and Powerpoint, and still not master about it(2007) :D
I personally think this is a perfect example of how useless today's PIM tools are in general; no matter if it is Microsoft's, Apple's, or someone else's tools, they all are inadequate. The lady was running around franticly for crying out loud and this is somehow supposed to come off as "balance"? The problem is their approach to PIM is all wrong for the age of the computer. This problem may never be fixed until PIMier Inc. can bring its products to market. Inquire at dniolet@gmail.com.
I'm not a fan of this video. For one thing, it is extremely unprofessional to go to meet a client with a dead computer to present your work to them. I think that there are much better ways to show the Outlook Web App in action. I also strongly dislike the music in the context of this video. It sounds like background music for an old video game.
@zacandmillie for busy executive, their schedule is very tight and planned back to back every hour. Basically it's impossible to remember the schedule of the day without outlook. My boss is like that :)
As clever as this software is I wonder just how many people have a life so complicated that they need to have every hour planned out on a program to remind them. What ever happened to a person's memory? Just how did we ever manage to get the planet to the place we are at before Outlook? It looks like some people would spend more time trying to organise their life than actually getting out there and living it. Just a thought!
Sehr cool.

Moral of the story? When enjoying some quality private time always keep your phone turned off :-)

This video looks and feels exactly, like the schedule shown in it -- way too tight and chaotic.
