  • excellent indeed! To achieve that head to butt you might need to focus a bit (more) on the upperback though. Have a look on the Net for some stretches for that. It's time to reach for the higher fruits now. In my opinion you have a superflexible upperback in no time. It just need a bit of work.

  • Yes, too much flexion in the lower back.. needs more in upper back. Do u have any lower back pain? But great job anyway!
