my highest chain is like 30ish, without max repels or anything, didnt even knew about shinnys back then, trying to break my rec now though with repels and stuff :)

Nice job! That's a really high chain. Do you also reset the radar at chain 40, then advance the chain after you've caught all that you wanted to catch. I'm guessing that the ones after chain 40 are all random shiny patches?

Well I got a chain to 194! That's only 16 less, and I broke it cuz I'd been chaining for 10 hours, and was bored! I could've beat that if I wanted to.. >_>
