Makes me sad to hear this, because it makes me think of all that was lost in Poland. My family were proud Poles and proud Jews and almost everyone was destroyed...along with them the beautiful synthesis between Polish and Jewish cilture.
Fanny Gordon (of course, pseudo) made only good songs; Grzegorz presented here her "U Samovara !" (which I have sung by Leschenko !).
This music with Fogg has a special message for me. I will change the field of presentations for some time but (Polish) tangos will not let me to be too far from them for too long time, I know. Thank you.
