First off music isn't about making money, secondly I don't think john is taking advice for what kind of sound to go with from randoms on youtube or any fans for that matter lol he plays whatever he is feeling. And third he has plenty of songs with lots of awesome guitar parts, you cant expect him to play the same stuff all the time that would be boring, its called experimentation. I like that he can write with such a wide spectrum of styles and sound.
