  • Ten years after this came out, I was STILL shipping many boxlots of Cutting 200-12 (the catalog number) from the dance distrib I worked for in Miami. Crazy how I still have cat # memorized. Cutting was a fantastic label...

  • one of the sickest tunes ever!!

  • this makes KLAAS look rubbish. music before i was born was so much better. it has so much more character and meaning in comparison with the UK hardcore, trance and dance we hear today..

  • EPIC = Classic

This was a time that rap and electronic music were REAL music !!!

  • Try and check out DMX Krew

  • In the clubs pilled out of my head...mid to late 80's

  • BTW, you got to give props to the Latin Rascles, Aldo Marin and Tony Moran for creating this timeless classic!!!!

  • Aw man YOUR AWESOME!!!!! Rock that shit!

  • niiiice!!!!

  • This tune is so awsome, still sends a chill down my spine everytime I hear it, never get bored pure classic.

  • Ive just danced like a robot for the first time since 1985. pure class thx .

  • One of my favorites. Still love it after all these years !!

  • i remember jammin this tune on 1580 KDAY in my senior year 1986 L.A............blast from da past.

nobody sounds original like this no more, despite the better music production tools & software on the market.

  • true, tools dont make any tunes

  • big tune

  • Went thru about 12 of these when I was DJing in the 80's. The part "It's Time" could be cut into just about anything in the 118 to 130BPM range. Those were the days with my Technic 1200 turntables, wish I never sold them.

  • we make silly little mistakes in our lives...I miss my 1800's bought in 1979...peace...BUT THIS SONG ROCKED THE HOUSE - SMOKE ON,STROBES ON,...LOVE IT!...I had 1500 in the club on two floors...Disco Dave, Tor,ON...

  • Yes, Yes. This is a stone classic. And yes, any dj worth his/her turntables gotta have a "it's Tiiiiime" routine. I'm old school, 40s and hi-tops what up yall

  • where can i download this?! it's AMAZING

  • tune browny disco

  • "JUST FEEL IT!"

Everybody I knew (and me, too) used to rock doubles of the B-Side "It's Time." That's not the name of the song, but that's the pat we would cut up. Joe Cooley killed it in the New Music Seminar one year, with crazy fast transformer cutting to Jive Rhythm Tracks.

  • Where's that time machine when you need it???

  • Just an absolute timeless classis, will sound as goog in 20yrs time.

That slow attak bass sound that comes in evry now and then still annoys me though lol

  • Siiiick song, I love electro/hip-hop

  • I used to dance to this track at Club Z, Toronto, back in the 80's....its still amazing!

  • -true classic---------

  • WOW cant believe I found this! I was in high school in the 80's I used to go down and watch the breakdancers at lunch and thats when I first heard this song and loved it!! Hashim was way before his time!!!

  • Absolutely amazing that the artist for Al-Naafiysh--Jerry Calliste, Jr.--was only 18 years young when he made this great work of art.

Jerry, we salute you and thank you for this great gift.

    In peace,

    Eddie Goldstein
