not sure of the band name still trying to figure it out, but the album its from is called Irish Drinking Songs by the World Music collection, if you have itunes you can find it in the store but still working on the actual band
This is Definately not the Dubliners !! Its a crowd called the JollyBeggermen they are/were Dublin based..and yes its from the album 20 or 40 Drinking songs!
Thanks for uploading these wonderful songs, I've been looking for them so long! :D
I know exactly these songs from a CD we used to listen in Ireland on vacation. The CD is called "Welcome to Ireland - 20 Irish Drinking Songs", also containing the songs from your mix#1. But there's no artitst on the CD cover, so I can't help you to find the interpret, sry ;)
You got it right dood, i cant count the times i've sung along to this CD and im latin american (just to say that great music goes to the heart of any man wherever he comes from)!!, these artists are really really great!! here in Canada it was released under the title "All the Best Irish drinking songs - 20 Great Favourites (CLUC CD-85)" released during the nineties, those guys deserve at least people to know who they are, cheers!!
I think it's the Wolf Tones or the Clancys

this is not the Dubs, can you say who.

No, this is the Dubliners.
They don't always use the same lead singer though, if you're looking for all Luke Kelly lead versions..
Compare these songs to the live versions out on youtube.
If you think this is another band, feel free to tell me who you think it is, and I'll check them out.
Thanks!
