Shivers was a racist in my eyes. He used the organization as a halfway house for too many thugs and passed on good white players that could help our organization (Clermont). Under Tilman and Austin the Riders are fined if they're caught on Dewdney, black or white, and there's less tension between the team and the community. We have outstanding black athletes on our team and wouldn't be anywhere without them, but professional athletes don't need to be scraping it up in da club.
