No, that is not what I am saying or what I think. Yes, Copts are an ethnic group. They are ALSO a religious group. That is why they are called an ethno-religious group, because they are a group of people distinguished by their common religion AND ethnicity. You can be Coptic Orthodox with being an Ethnic Copt. It is the same way with the Parsees of India (who only rarely let someone not of their ethnicity join the Zoroastrian faith) and the Assyrians of Iraq.

Weapons have been around long before a bunch of animals started mass killings. Jiroft has been proven out dates Mesopotamia in architecture, arts, crafts & writing. Not here to take anything away from Assyrians but your history is very out dated.
