to add more speed you need more power, but scence thats ipossable, you just need a better way to transfer the power... a not so complex demonstration is avalible from a guy named bill. he uses gear ratios

that's bad... you could save a lot of pieces by conecting the motor directly to the fan!
Basically you just tranfered the power from the motor to the fan without adding more power...
keep trying maybe you'll make something better!
