    Using no momentum on curls badly restricts your weights and your growth, because the first third of the movement is what limits you when doing strict curls. I.e. you can lift a lot more if you use a little momentum to begin the movement. Good work.

  • Im pretty sure thats not 100 lbs... looks like 80 lbs at most... Plus, this kid is skinny as fuck with no muscle mass whatsoever. Even if this kid only did biceps, the results would show.
