I would use a seaweed fertiliser (natural) annd give the soil a total boost, if you have been using the same patch over 2 seasons.
sometimes squash/marrow plants wont produce enough female flowers, i dont know why it is, but it was frustrating for me watching the massive vines growing but no fruit!
Thanks. I'll keep that in mind. I need to amend the beds with new soil anyway. This year was a bit of a disaster crop wise which is why I didn't finish these updates.

yeah, you diffidently need to weed your garden. hope you garden does better later on :)
i have stink bugs were i live too, they get in the house and i hate them!
