There were so many things we wanted to tell about and stuff, it was no problem at all."
Tom: "And I'm hoping that the next shooting doesn't take as long."

- what expectations have you placed in your second album?
Bill: "I actually have some high expectations, I'm very satisfied with the way it turned out to be, we all are. A lot of people told us that the second album is going to be the most difficult ablum to make for the band, it's difficult because you have to prove yourself with this.
Tom: "We we're given some time off to write some songs and we went to Spain, we chilled there for a bit, we practiced and wrote songs, the first official track for the album came to life there, "wir sterben niemals aus". We we're living in this... I'll just call it bungalow. It's house number was 483. It was as small as just one room. well.. it was there that we made the first step towards the album.
- How was the mood when you made the PV for Übers Ende der Welt?
Bill: "I think it's important that a lot of people are there when we're making a PV. We were shooting it in a huge factory and there was an uncountable number of people on the set, there was a whole of 60 supernumerarys and everybody we usually work with was there.
You notice the way our life changed, how a lot of things are different from before for us now. We have a different kind of limits now, our limits are not gone now, they're just different from before because our everyday life changed. That's what the song is about.
- In what kind of mood where you when you wrote "Über das Ende der Welt"?
Bill: "With the second album, we wanted to talk about ourselves and the things we did, the things we wen't through and stuff. A lot of things changed for us and I think it's important to tell about it, to tell how we did it and the way we felt about things. That was the feeling when we wrote this song.
We did a lot of things even though we weren't entirely convinced if things would work out alright, without knowing if we'd actually be able to reach our goal. I think it's important, we've had some setbacks too like everybody else has at some point, of course things we do don't always work out but I think that's a part of life. In that sense I'd say yeah, we did cross the end of the world (we did push boundaries)."
That's what we did too, we're out of our daily routine, we kind of started a new life which is very positive, it's exactly what we wanted to do. It's important to keep in mind that everybody has this kind of thing in their own hands."

Bill: "Übers Ende der Welt is about cutting one's own path and always striving for one's goal. You can't be afraid to push boundaries. You shouldn't always only follow your daily routine and only see what's straight ahead of you. Sometimes you'll have to take the long way round.
and i think that it's very important and every human can controle it by oneself and can affect it and i think it's very important that you always know this!
you have to follow your own way and don't lose it you allways must have a look at it. you never have to be afraid lo leave your normal environment. you never have to be in your everyday life and look straight on because sometimes you have to make a detour we had make a detour too, we are out of our everyday life and start something new and that can be very positiv. thats what we want

Bill: "of course we want to tour the whole world at some point in time and see it all there is to it, I think all of us like to visit foreign countries. But we'll see what's still in store for us, we haven't got anything planned right now, we don't know when exactly we'll be able to go to America or Japan or whereever. Bill: "I think "Ich brech aus" will be great live, it's so full of energy, that will be great."
Tom: "And the most exhausting too. super fast, super exhausting, but I think it's going to be great. I think "Übers Ende der Welt" has a lot of energy too, I'm really anticipating to play it live."

We didn't have any fears for this album, we didn't sit there like, shit, I don't have any idea what to write about. There were so many things we wanted to tell about and stuff, it was no problem at all."

- what expectations have you placed in your second album?
Bill: "I actually have some high expectations, I'm very satisfied with the way it turned out to be, we all are. A lot of people told us that the second album is going to be the most difficult ablum to make for the band, it's difficult because you have to prove yourself with this.

- Where is "Room 483"?
Tom: "We we're given some time off to write some songs and we went to Spain, we chilled there for a bit, we practiced and wrote songs, the first official track for the album came to life there, "wir sterben niemals aus". We we're living in this... I'll just call it bungalow. It's house number was 483. It was as small as just one room. well.. it was there that we made the first step towards the album.

- How was the mood when you made the PV for Übers Ende der Welt?
Bill: "I think it's important that a lot of people are there when we're making a PV. We were shooting it in a huge factory and there was an uncountable number of people on the set, there was a whole of 60 supernumerarys and everybody we usually work with was there.

You notice the way our life changed, how a lot of things are different from before for us now. We have a different kind of limits now, our limits are not gone now, they're just different from before because our everyday life changed. That's what the song is about.

- In what kind of mood where you when you wrote "Über das Ende der Welt"?
Bill: "With the second album, we wanted to talk about ourselves and the things we did, the things we wen't through and stuff. A lot of things changed for us and I think it's important to tell about it, to tell how we did it and the way we felt about things. That was the feeling when we wrote this song.

We did a lot of things even though we weren't entirely convinced if things would work out alright, without knowing if we'd actually be able to reach our goal. I think it's important, we've had some setbacks too like everybody else has at some point, of course things we do don't always work out but I think that's a part of life. In that sense I'd say yeah, we did cross the end of the world (we did push boundaries)."

Tom: "It's not just about constraints in everyday life but about overcoming one's own limits. See, everybody has their own inhibitions to overcome."
- Does Tokio Hotel push boundaries? (literally: do you cross the end of the world?)
Bill: "I think we crossed the end of the world in the sense that we defied things, we faced the limits we had in everyday life.

you have to follow your own way and don't lose it you allways must have a look at it. you never have to be afraid lo leave your normal environment. you never have to be in your everyday life and look straight on because sometimes you have to make a detour we had make a detour too, we are out of our everyday life and start something new and that can be very positiv. thats what we want
