  • you are not doing the leg extensions correctly. you need to extend the your leg until its completely straight.

  • @AdrianGordon1231 thanks.. i know that but my mild hernia doesnt agree lol but the straight leg extension isnt effective if you dont hold it for at least a second

  • @Riddler01 yes as far as fitness goes but my nutrition is on point. 99.7 people in the gym, including trainers have no clue what proper nutrition is. That is why my nutrition program produces awesome results. Its ALL about what you put in your body

  • @Riddler01 i just do pushups and pull ups... i dont really do a lot of weight training because it puts too much stress on the body. I also do pool aerobics

  • Thanks for this Steph. I've been working out for a year now and I've gone down from 240 to 191. I am still doing my thing though because I am not out of the red zone yet. I haven't reached my "goal" but certainly met my 2011 New Year's resolution. I am no longer the same size I was last January and for that I am extremely happy. I will certainly add a few of your ab exercises to my work out routine. :D
