  • i need to learn how to record the sound

  • well this is kinda relaxing ^^

  • what mic are you using? and wouldnt slowing down a 96khz mic 14 times mean anything over ~3-4KHz couldnt really be recorded?

  • @dragon777ism I am using Earthworks QTC40. At a sampling rate of 96khz I can record frequencies up to 48kHz. When it is slowed down x 14 the highest frequencies will be pitched down to 3.4kHz. So there should be nothing above 3.4kHz in what you hear in the video.

  • Awesome animation ref...any plans on recording coins/things dropping on different surfaces - dirt, concrete, carpet?

    Keep up the great work!

  • @itheCrabMan thanks! I am thinking of making some more videos of dropping things. The type of surface will change the sound a lot. Something landing on a dusty dirt surface might be cool !

  • how did you make the microphone record that slow

  • cool
