I would have liked a bit more with this review... what did you order, how would you describe what you ate, what brought you to rate everything as you did, what did your friends think, how does this compare to other pizza you've had, etc, etc, etc.
In response to Carissa's comment about her gluten-free diet, I want to say that Chicago-style pizza probably doesn't have as much gluten in it as New York Style.... mostly because the dough is very different. NY pizza is going to be chewy (a characteristic of gluten-based bread) whereas Chicago pizza is not. In fact, you could probably easily make a gluten-free Chicago-style pizza if you really wanted to.
