Since Hammerhead is a throwback to 1920s Mobsters I think Al Capone is his hero so no surprise this speech bears a great resemblance to Al Capone's in the 80s Untouchables movie before Capone killed one of his own men with a baseball.

Listen NewQProductions , in the ceiling there is a sort of ventilation shaft. Follow it and you get near the switch. Just like the Control room in the Bank in Spiderman 1. So Easy!!!
