Republic Jakarta didn't asked the people of Aceh to become part of Indonesia. They forced them and attacked them and made war with them. 1949 when the Dutch lost their colony.

The Moluccan historie goes back to ancient Egypt en the Greek/Roman Empire, in Egypt hieroglyphic inscriptions were found from 3,600 years ago refering to the spice trade with the region we now know as the Moluccas.
