@WatchPolitician Well, I grew up in ND and haven't lived there for about 10 years but I CAN tell you that ND always had problems keeping teachers because a lot of people can't handle the winters or adjust to the lifestyle, so i would imagine they're still looking as much as when I lived there. I can also tell you the ND school systems are VERY good and are selective with their hiring of teachers because they want to keep the quality up. If you're a teacher look in Fargo and Bismarck, etc. too.

Then go to job source and get the "Dream List" of jobs and do like 5000 other people are doing and apply online...my money says you will make little money and hear nothing from the online searches if you have a bank role in your pocket and are a fit young person hit the Bars and ask around
