The reason melissa stayed over janette was she got all of the votes after the cancer dance. Same with courtney making top 4 over chelsie h because of the garden dance with mark.

dude! melissa was completely ousted in the routine! She didn't have half the moves the other girls did. she only made the other girls look good and that's completely unfair

@meowitude But keep in mind, all the choreography they did together in this routine, where they all did the exact same thing, Kayla and Jeanine still did a lot better. Jeanine's energy and Kayla's technique and flexibility really did show Melissa who the boss is. Although Melissa still did a great job.

I love the dance and the concept. I just didn't like the fact that Jeanine and Kayla both got to shine and get little solos. Melissa is just as flexible.

@BoMbDigGityPhrEsH I'm not calling them fat, they are not, just there legs, I dance and I don't have fat thighs, and I can do leaps and stuff but most of my "in air" tricks is from karate and gymnastics, I don't know if it makes a different

@karate4ev1 but when you have to turn and hold leg extensions, your muscles are going to be much larger than if you just run and jump, or just jump from a standing position. They don't have fat legs, there's no way they can, and it doesn't help that those costumes aren't all that flattering around that region either.

@Maianye Sonya. I like her stuff sometimes especially her Hallelujah piece but I agree with you on this one. She's super harsh too, she taught a class at my studio and she yelled at us the whole time for nothing.

Melissa didn't get a solo in this dance, and I feel she is on the same level as Kayla and Jeanine. She's just a ballet dancer, and the other two are contemporary dancers...that doesn't mean she's lower than the other girls.

I kind of agree. I think the point of the routine was to show off some more technical moves and lines (sorry for not having the appropriate terms here) but as a choreography it kind of lacked meaning other than the obvious that they are super heroes. Its kind of cool to look at but i don't feel inspired by it and probably not a dance i would think of looking up again and again
