  • Wah! You are awesome! The achari gosht was such a hit! We tried it and got a lot of accolades! It worked on our very first try. Your teaching style is lajawab! I personally think "pinch of" and "how much ever you want" are really cute!

  • Chef, the portions you are saying are not accurate. But the recipe sounds good. Thanks for posting.

  • great recipes , i was wondering if you could make some videos which are easier, like recipes with less spices, this so hard for somebody with less time... pls

  • Dear Sir, I have now watched most of the videos on this site and I am very impressed by your skill and delivery. You are an asset to your cooking style and culture. Thankyou.

  • I just realized that I did not roast the spices. Still amazing. Will remember to do next time.

  • OH MY GOD!!! I just made this dish and it is one of the best things I've ever tasted In my life!!! I used almonds instead of chironji (can't find chironji) everything else I found at an import grocery store. Guys if you can find Gopi brand yogurt it is the best and does not curdle. stonyfield farms is good too. also if you cook the lamb till it is falling apart that makes it sooo good.

  • curry dishes are so complicated to make, there's so many spices to use.

  • once you get used to the spices, its really easy, you can walk away from the stove while slow cooking a beautiful curry and at the end of the day have a mouthwatering meal. YUM!

  • ingredients: for around 2pounds of meat

    oil

1 finely chopped onion, pinch of turmeric,

ginger garlic paste, 1Tbsp coriander, powder, 1/2 Tsp of chilli powder

    for the aachar:

1/4 Tsp methi seeds, 1/2Tbsp mustard seeds, 1/2 Tbsp jeera, kalounji, saunf,

chirounji nuts (charoli ), dil seeds

will be a while before i get hold of kalounji and dil seeds! other ingredients are easily available.

    thanks chef! kewl recipe!
