Sanjay Thumma, you are an awesome teacher and your recipes are sure blockbuster hits! I learned how to make achari murg masallam following your recipe and guess what! I'm getting requests from friends and colleagues for the recipe! This is the most wowest and awesomest recipe I've ever tried!
Wah! You are awesome! The achari gosht was such a hit! We tried it and got a lot of accolades! It worked on our very first try. Your teaching style is lajawab! I personally think "pinch of" and "how much ever you want" are really cute!
great recipes , i was wondering if you could make some videos which are easier, like recipes with less spices, this so hard for somebody with less time... pls
Chef: How much saunf , Dil, Chironji and Kalonji (in each step?)did you use? How long did you dry roast the dry spices? Thanks. I can't wait to try this.
Dear Sir, I have now watched most of the videos on this site and I am very impressed by your skill and delivery. You are an asset to your cooking style and culture. Thankyou.
OH MY GOD!!! I just made this dish and it is one of the best things I've ever tasted In my life!!! I used almonds instead of chironji (can't find chironji) everything else I found at an import grocery store. Guys if you can find Gopi brand yogurt it is the best and does not curdle. stonyfield farms is good too. also if you cook the lamb till it is falling apart that makes it sooo good.
once you get used to the spices, its really easy, you can walk away from the stove while slow cooking a beautiful curry and at the end of the day have a mouthwatering meal. YUM!
I prepared this and it was out of this world. I didnt prepare the achari masala, but i bought readymade masala and it tasted awesome. I was eating it all the time till it finished
wow... that looks god. but where can i find the written recipe cus i've gotta go find all those different seeds now?
and instead of making a paste of the seeds in a blender can you jus crush them while adding a bit of water? cus washing the blender after takes too long! lol.
I love your show. Can you also mention the English names of the spices? You do that most of the times but sometimes you only mention the Indian name. Great show, keep it up!!!!
