And importantly (for most conservatives), Newt is even worse than Rick Perry on illegal immigration. In the past he has strongly advocated allowing illegal aliens to remain in the U.S. on some kind of "guest worker" program - with a path to citizenship - while assuring us it's not amnesty :/
