Would your regular barber be like this guy and look at the camera man recording him? To him its nothing special the does this everyday, but to you it's something different, that's why you are here on youtube watching this.

I don't know about how well Indian barbers cut, but I had my hair cut in Egypt and they are just as quick with the scissors, yet I never had any less than a perfect haircut. I don't know how they do it, but they do it damned well!

It's called threading. It removed the tiny hairs that a razor usually can't cut. However, barbers usually do it AFTER the shave, not before it.

i got to give it to indian barbers a great hair cut and a head massage for very little unlike america were some charge from 20 to 17 bucks for a hair cut that you could of did at home with no head massage . only head massage i got was from an asian barber along with a damn good haircut for only 7 bucks =D.

@Quicky421 popular in the east/mid east. it's a hair removal technique. they take a string like dental floss and twist it around their finger and hold it tight on the other end with their teeth. then they press the open loop by the twist onto the skin and pull so the twisted bit catches loose hairs as it's moving. works well for smaller stubbley types of hair. they call it polishing. the technique is called khite or threading.
