You seem to have some chronology out of order. The treaty of Versailles ended World War I. The Marshall plan came after World War II. The economic chaos that helped the Nazis take over Germany occurred between the wars in the 1920's and early 1930's. It does not matter what Prescott Bush did. Even if he was a secret member of an American Nazi party, and even if he sent financial support to Hitler, his family is not composed of Nazis today.

Okay, smart guy I'll explain what "By Germans for Germans" meant. To understand, you are going to need to know what the Marshall Plan was. Basically, the US and much of Europe gave the Germans easy credit, to help pay the reparations they owed after the Treaty of Versailles. For awhile, it helped the German economy. Un til the credit dried up, then the Germans found themselves back in a crappy financial situation. After that, they didn't trust outside help.

"Nazi" was a nickname for the Nationalist Socialist German Workers Party. They were totally racist in favor of Germans. One might argue that the Bushes are wannabee Nationalist Socialist Non-Racist American Dictators, but that would be different than being a Nazi.
Hitler said that the Nazi party was made by Germans and for Germans. Someone like Prescott Bush might have been sympathetic to the Hitler regime, but that is not the same as wanting a racist German centered regime in America.
