Do You really think thats its the USDAS job to care about how to dog fells? No its not there job is to regulate safe living conditions that is all, not quality of life. I dont no how you could even make a law for quality of life. Would be nice but wouldnt make sense.
As a dog, I think human education can go further. I was told fur coats were fashionable at one point. Now mainly dogs and cats wear them in the United States. Sure there are a few people who still wear fur, but for the most part humans learned a little something.
Besides fur makes people look fat and puppy mills make humans look super ugly and mean.
I want mass production of companion animals to stop so that USDA would not be involved

Just because people have their kennel in the back yard does not make them unreputable if they health test their dogs ask any breeder you do Not have to show dogs to be reputable. Quit being so liberal and a dictater over everyones dogs. Basic needs are the only things the USDA or anyone should be conserned about. Puppy mills are bad.

How am I dictating over peoples dogs. I am all about education. Something you could use in making arguments and making a clear point. The role of USDA can be debated, but it is inhumane in my opinion to give so little space, but that is something that needs to be legislated if the people want change.
