  • Hey everyone. Listen we need your support. The movement is growing. If you have not gotten a copy of the new ebook, "American Epitaph" then go check it out! It comes from within and was inspired by the movement! God bless!

  • America will go bankrupt before they learn their lesson...

  • @elouwen Thanks for the info but the problem for me is that you cannot legaly recive your pay outside of a bank account. Meaning that they can colude.

  • we legalized loan sharks. Thats the problem.

  • Every one watch *Zeitgaist* there you will find the truth.

  • lack of personal responsibility. you sign agreements with fine print learn to read it and stop whining. signing those credit card agreements is like signing a deal with the devil people should be prepared for the ensuing results.

  • The Europeans want us (taxpayers) to pay back trillions that the bankers borrowed in our name. I think we should default, because we received nothing for this debt.

  • Im not sure what it is like in America but here in Australia it is illigal to not get your pay in a bank account. Meaning it is impossible for citizens to opt out of the banking system. Consiquently there will always be profiteering.

  • In this economic climate, where the profiteering greed, avarice, reckless speculation and non-accountability of the big banks is a matter of factual record, the paradigm has shifted, and otherwise responsible people have a choice to either let this corporate abuse continue, or to take a stand against it......or maybe I just choose to shirk my responsibilities as a corporate cash-cow?

    (Discuss....)

  • and are reluctant to chase debt if it costs them money...they are Smash and Grab Artists who prefer the easy option (it's not like your "loan" costs THEM anything is it?) they will default you after 7 months and sell the debt on to a third party. These downline parasites will then have even less ability to extort payment from you, though they will try all sorts of tactics that can be laughably brushed aside if you know your rights and have lost your credit-rating virginity !

  • I'm UK based. We are infected by Bank Of America here too, they took over MBNA. (see BOA +one song for a seriously stomach-churning experience) I made a decision to blow my credit rating out of the water rather than succumb to their Greed and Usury (following 40 years of creditworthy excellence) Tough decision, but preferable to being shafted at 29% by these legalised Thieves. I can only suggest that we collectively "Man Up" BOA actually rely heavily on threats and intimidation....

  • Try living in the UK 30% plus is standard on high risk/unemployed debtors. There is a movement here against legal sharking though, but given this coalitions love of bankers and the market I doubt it will come to much.

  • i say we take all owe money out the bank then they ain't got shit do what martin Luther king did with the buses

  • Write your big global bank, telling you are taking your money to a small local bank. Hit them where it counts, their profits. Dont give them one more dime. Dont let them profit off of you..

  • Say no to big global banks, and put your money in small friendly local banks.

  • you are a brave and good looking lady with real intelligence and courage. with best wishes to you .

  • LOL@Loan Shark! LOL!

  • The way we got into this mess in the 1st place is too many people borrowing too much money too often & then not paying it back. If you can not afford something then don `t buy it. Where does it say that anybody including BOA has to loan any money to anybody

I don`t like high interest rates so I pay off my CC’s each month. If you don`t make enough money to pay your CC each month than don`t use it! Easy as that.

Debtors revolt is just another lotto mentality thingy. Pay you debt or u r a crook

  • @steveh777ify

I am almost flattered I got a stalker.

I almost wish I was an amway salesman like you.

Yep the word is out on you pal.

Door to door at age 55 begging and groveling to get a sale.

Take home a wiener commission and buy a case of beer.

Then sit down to YOUTUBE for a few days.

    What a LOSER

Does Mrs. Bates know her little boy Norman is running around loose??

  • Comment removed

  • @steveh777ify

Well I suppose you speak English and use words like colour, and arse but in a country where we tossed the Brits out of here 300 years ago we spell just fine.

By the way Mrs. Bates called and said that I referred to you as her son one more time she would sue for slander.

wiener=a small hot dog or a very trivial commission in this case.

  • Government as referees! How did we get here in the first place. Government was sleeping on the job. Clinton passed the Gram-Leech Act. He was democrat.

  • who are these wanna be news reporters ?

  • 6,500.00 limit --- they cut my limit 3,000.00, denied the three balance transfers and sent me a letter all in the same day ---- so ---- I cut them to 0 and closed my account.

  • Banks have insurance to bail them out... American Citizens don't when they lose their jobs, or suffer some sort of financial tragedy.

... I JOINED THE DEBTORS REVOLT last year: No more paying Bank of America, no more paying American Express, no more paying AT&T. I'm pocketing the money now, living like a king since I don't have to pay 30% interest anymore. I know the laws, I know my rights. Having 'good credit' just means you're in big debt... NOT FOR ME, never again.

  • Bank of HAWAII BITCHES! xD

  • fair play to you!

  • She should call for a STUDENT LOAN REVOLT....its criminal!

  • My son's fiancee pays REASONABLE interest on her credit card. She pay 4% and finds our 30% rates unfathomable.

    Of course...

She lives in the Netherlands--not America.

  • @aranelinya most americans are in a financial slavery with shady banks and financial institution practices seen as legal. People in Japan cringe in horror when they hear about the interest rates and how the banks charge people for overdraft fees.

  • I think the banks in CANADA are more trust worthy then American ones. For one thing the Canadian government did not need to bail out our banks. And I hardly hear about interest hikes from Canadian banks. I am not sure why why there is such a big discrepancy between the Canadian and American banks but I think it has to do with government regulations.

  • i agree wth every word that is said in this video this message needs to spread across america like a firestorm

  • "you are evil thieving bastards" if they r doing what u say they r doing im pretty sure they know they r doing it. calling them bastards dont do nothing then make u look like a looser..if u dont want 2 be treated that way u got to do something about it, but be careful cours if u do u might "become" a terrorist

  • See we used to share.. until it was the daddys house.

Daddy became so bad from pover we had to move.

And then it was just an other daddys land somewhere.

But how would cavemen if not people now get the idea of most logically pure making the laws and only those proven understanding by exam being given guns.

    It could be anyone.

But it has to be someone willing to logicise till they CAN overproove others to lead.

  • You are in deep shit because no american and wery few others anymore understand that the grime was the multiplicity of relatives to stand for the oldest family father becoming the first king.

Fors our unity and protection protection im just vasal, landlord ect..

Ok its still ours rigth?.. noo its kings!.

Its funny how everybody goes wrong, because its the property that shouldnt exist....

  • I am glad to see some one else is fed up with BOA. Not only have they staggered their APR's. They also started to have late fees for over drafts, fine if you are given 1 to 2 weeks to have a chance to pay them from your next pay check. But no they give you 5 days. Plus I have even seen how they have fixed the numbers on the online banking as well. This company deserves to fail now. I left BOA and found that they are being sued again this makes 4 times they are being sued. Fuck em!

  • Here's the deal folks: the banks are squeezing everybody and when their squeeze pushes some over the edge they have to squeeze those who remain all the harder. Look into Advanta Bank and what's happened to it, because that's the template for what's happening to the other major banks.

Ann Minch is fighting back, and so should you ... but if the banks have already pushed you under then you need to know how to fight against what comes next--and that's where my book comes in. Check my channel.

  • im sorry what does her political view point have anything to do with her message, especially since no mater what government america elects the same story happens

  • it has to do with everything or your'e stupid...the government has supported this rape and robbery

  • you must have misunderstood my comment, i totaly agree that the government has fucked over many people that way, what im saying is that the guy talking up there says someting allong the lines of "i dont know wether shes a republican or a democrat" - thats what i meant by it doesnt matter, whichever one it is they both support this rape and robbery as you put it rightly :)

  • The banksters cry poor mouth through the national media while they pay millions to lobby Congress to pass BILLIONS in BAILOUTS. They are liars and thieves who create money out of nothing, loan it out and charge interest on it. The Federal Reserve Act is nothing but legalized counterfeiting. If you or I created money out of nothing and lent it to anyone at interest we would end up in Club Fed.

Time for Civil Disobedience. Stop paying and learn how to defeat collection.

    watch?v=GJMQCcFFzak

  • Let's clear a few things up. "Rape and pillage" is what Native Americans experienced, and no, "Americans" did not build America, African slaves built it.

  • Very interesting. Makes sense to me.

  • I like BoA, they pay me to use my credit card. The answer: don't pay the fucking minimums bitch! You know that APR is variable and can change.

  • she paid over the amt requested stupid idiot you got to work for b of a..cut your own throat

  • You can feel it in your Soul, Something Big is about to happen. There is a reason for all the craziness and grief. Notice all the fear mongering?

The Creator of Mankind is about to Returnee, Good news for some, not for others.

Some are so frightened they dont want to know the truth. Time is running out for Evil. Is it just a fray tale? Can you not see what is going on around you?

  • what the fuck? yeah The Creator of Mankind is not about to Returnee. Some people believe in god and creationism, those people are called retards.

  • As opposed to letting the state become God and then intentially let it starve them to death like in Russia.

  • I can only feel sorry for you....

  • How can you trust a lobby based govt with your health

  • Finally!! both liberal, and conservative can come together and revolt against these elites. BOA has received 45 billions of taxpayers federal dollars to fund ACORN ( a liberal activist organization to help illigal immigrants purchase homes off the backs of americans taxpayers dollars). Big government is not the answer!! we need free market reform, and do away with lobbyist., but no one does not want to talk about it. Not even democrats, nor republicans.

  • I gladly join the revolt. I, too, have been bent over by BOA. Well, the joke's on them, because I am a responbible citizen who pays her bills. What good is having good credit if they still treat you like you don't? I give up my credit score and my debt, too :)

  • @dhchoochoo BoA hasn't recieved a dime from me either on the $7000 credit card they jacked up to 28% interest. -BAD MOVE on their part... now they get zip, nada, nothing. WELCOME TO THE DEBTORS' REVOLT!

  • We don't need government regulation

we need the government to stop footing the bill.

If they couldn't write it off they wouldn't make bad bets. They can't lose because the government has their backs. Let them fail - it is the natural order of things.

  • WASTING money for a regulatory infrastructure wont solve it. We need COMMON SENSE. If a rate is patently unfair (30% isnt even close to fair!), the debtor should refuse to pay, and judges should refuse to entertain any claims from the lenders. Cheaters, like BofA in this case, should forfeit all rights. Common sense is part and parcel of a "free market." Dont let lawyers tell you that common sense cant trump the rule of law--preservation of liberty and freedom dictates that we act otherwise.

  • Let's also face the fact that this is due in part to us. Letting them rape us, slowly at first, but more and more and more and more as time went on.

  • hmmmm....rape....yummmmmmm...

  • what 's on your mind ?lol

  • I think it's quite funny that in this video he puts down the "free market". When in fact by constantly bailing out these giant companies it's anything but a free market. Business's that do bad business should fail, the next business that comes along will hopefully have learned from the failed ones mistakes. However if you just bail out business's they'll do whatever they want. So not only do the business's rape you but the government rapes you so that the business's can keep raping you.

  • Good luck getting help from the media..Ha...that's a good one.

  • i think it's time that people started to die - not the middle class - the bank ceo's - hell, perhaps someone should target any who work for the banks. It's about time "we" take action. it's time to seek revenge! in my opinion, I would LOVE to see someone step up and begin killing bankers!

  • people need to learn the lesson that trust means nothing to corporations.

  • its stories like this that makes being a drug dealer or working "under the table" seem like a good idea. at least my money wont be taxed or regulated and stolen by my own government

  • In this story, it's not the government that is taking this woman's money... it's a bank.

  • It's not that hard to cripple the system, and take back complete control over these pricks. We don't need Obama, or GOP to get one damn thing done. Bank of America screws people? Then if it makes you mad, go down, close your account, and go across the street and open one up at Chase. Shout to the rafters that you did, and if enough people do it, they collapse, or stop the thievery. Sounds impossible? Start a site where we can get together and act together, and crush giants together.

  • the slavish worship of business in this country is revealed to be absurd in some of the arguments about health care lately. The GOP argues people will be forced onto any public option because employers will change plans to it and it will be terrible because of course the public option will suck so bad.

But wait...I thought businesses were the hope for America and always do the right thing and of course, if the public option was bad, businesses would NEVER do anything to hurt their employees

  • this woman is my fucking hero seriously fuck the banks and if this is the free market doing what it does then fuck the free market

  • added to my favorites.

  • "...children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs."

    -Thomas Jefferson

  • @9Ghostly9Fish9

You are correct, that is at least part of the answer, but not the amero (the currency the bankers have waiting in the wings, after default) but silver and gold coinage as our constitution says real money.

  • Well I'm an independent, one who's for neither major binay party, & I just want some fucking truth & justice.

This reminds me of a quote..

"I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around [the banks] will deprive the people of all property until their children

  • How come EVERY comment on this gets marked as SPAM? Only spam should be marked, not comments you disagree with. Do I need to define spam?

  • AGREE 100%

  • If a service member uses thier personal credit card in lieu of using the Bank of America card, they receive punitive action in their personnel file, which effects promotions and other career decisions.

Our service members are being held financial hostage by their own Government!

I just want to know what Congressman secured this sweet deal for Bank of America

    - USAF ret.

  • It may interest you to know that Bank of America has secured an "exclusive" deal with the Department of Defense for all military personnel who travel on official orders.

The current policy is the service member must pay the balance completely by the end of the billing period...even if the Government is slow to re-imburse the service member.

This means that there are service members paying out of pocket, waiting for the Government to pay them back!

  • yup blame the banks not the government or Obama for subsidizing them. Unreal.

  • Revolt - Good - A Fire Stunt gone Bad , is it Better ?

  • The way she emphasizes "middle-class" I'd say she's a democrat.

  • Listen bro, the policy's of hte banks are shaped by THE PEOPLE not the government. The people allow the banks to rape them, unlike this brave young lady who has chosen to stop feeding these bastards. We all collectively need to stop thinking about propagating the machine.

  • lol, why is this a problem now? they knew this "crisis" was gonna happen. they couldve prevented it.

  • yup thats a good one

  • I hate how these liberals are rewriting history and saying non-regulation "got us into this mess." The government FORCED the banks to lower lending standards and create a sub-prime market.

  • APR changes mean nothing if you pay your bills. Don't get behind on your payments. Period.

  • not only are we trusting the banks "to do the right thing", but we are also trusting the government. Corruption is deep seated in both institutions....

  • The government and the banks are in collusion!! Holy crap. Letting the government be a ref is like letting the fox referee the wolves for the chickens.

    WE are the free market.

It just means everyone making decisions about what they want and how much it is worth. The banking and financial ind. has been heavily regulated for decades, which is why the bank, etc.. can do what they do. There has not been a free market and removing 3 regulations out of hundreds is NOT de-regulation.

  • Banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. Thomas Jefferson

  • Unfortunately you sound so utterly under- & mis-informed. Your grasp of a "naked CDS" is so vague and unrelated to what this woman is talking about. NO ONE LISTEN TO THIS GUY PLEASE!

Beyond that, this woman typifies so many people in this country that are looking to point fingers & blame at everyone but themselves. You don't want to pay interest? DONT CARRY A BALANCE ON YOUR CARDS. You make your "minimum payment" but that is not "paying all your bills".

  • The reason she probably carries a balance on a card is for the "Credit". Keeping atleast an active credit card keeps your credit score up so you dont get dinged with big ol' interest rates when you wanna finance a car or house. When the banks close one of your cards that drastically drops your credit score so if you can understand that, that is probably why she keeps atleast one card active.

  • Forget the banks. I don't have problems with the banks. For some reason I am able to pay my bills.

I am sick and tired of the casinos. It is FAR AND AWAY time our politicians stuck up for the little guy. Anytime I leave a casino I leave $100 to $200 LESS THAN WHAT I WENT IN THERE WITH. I am SICK of this.

I am also sick of the high price of bottled water. I can get it cheaper out of the faucet but I should be able to get it from the store for as much. Why are they allowed to gouge me

  • Ronald reagan is the one that let the credit card companies loose on you by legalizing usuary. Altho i consider myself a conservative i hope the leftist put the reagan/bush fake christian conservatives in concentration camps and slowly boil you bastards in acid.I hate commies but would rather throw my lot in with them than You fake hypocrite so called christian conservatives.YOU ARE THE ENTIRE REASON THE LEFTIST PREVAIL!! You run out Alan Keyes...you run out Pat Bucchanan...You run out Ron Paul

  • TyT, why do you put a video on youtube about every week just so people can make fun of you/troll eachother? It honestly doesn't make sense when you can just make a forum (That you probably already have.) People only watch your videos to laugh at your opinions and talk out their ass.

  • People who believe the free market will work itself out must not be human. It is human to be flawed and greedy, corruption naturally comes without regulation. How stupid can you be.

  • So government is not self interested?

In what world is that true?

  • There is a difference between corporate interests and national interests. Of course the govt. has its own interests in mind, duh cmon.

  • Nonsense. The government is composed of people, people only do things for their own self interest.

I should know, I've worked for the government for 10 years.

  • Isn't that what I just said?

  • duh congress gets kickbacks from he banks. DUHHHHHHHHHHHH.

clean house, then take care of business

  • Look, I do feel a little sorry for her. It remains, however, that it's kind of stupid to use your credit card for credit and then whine about paying the cost of credit: interest. Hasn't anyone been paying attention to the economy lately? When times are bad, credit becomes scarce and therefore expensive, meaning you pay higher interest. This is not rocket science. No one should live outside their means during good times, how much less in bad times! Pay off your credit card. End of discussion!

  • I have a solution for you lady. Quit buying things you can't afford. If you don't have the cash to pay for something and you have to put it on a credit card that means YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT. Pay your balance at the end of the month and you won't have to pay the interest rate. Quit carrying a balance over every month you moronic lady. This lady has no financial sense about her. It's all HER FAULT.

  • its not HER FAULT that B of A jacked up her apr to 30%....did you not hear a word she was saying or were you distracted by her boobies or something? or are you one of those people that has everything handed to them and dont have to worry about carrying over a credit balance month to month? i tried to see your point of view on this but i cant stick my head that far up my ass

  • No, its her fault she signed a contract that allowed them to do that and assumed they wouldn't then decided to break the agreement after she took their money. That's what is her fault.

  • lay off the lady and hit congress up with your beef, son. Nobody is in as much debt as our government. The whole country is based on debt.

  • Seaking . You make total sense. But you see how you said you cant buy a house with out credit as well as a car. I just feel as soon as you get into the American way of borrowing money thats how we get into trouble. We should just save our money and buy outrite. You might then say how can we save 80,000. dollars? Almost impossible .why ? Inflation. Its a big trap to force us to use credit. We are foolish people but the elite shouldnt take advantage of that. let me know your thoughts.

  • white people

  • No one is robbing you, you stupid cunt. You signed an agreement to use their card then shit yourself when you had to live up to your agreement. It is beyond laughable that you are complaining about this or that this imbecile thinks that the federal government has any place in the agreement.

  • but when the contract is changed, without mutual agreement, it is wrong.

  • But of course that didn't happen. The contract contained all the information warning her that the rate could be raised at any time to those levels and she signed it. This is where we are in the US now though, Americans are fat, stupid, lazy and take responsibility for nothing.

  • she's a cunt why?

  • A pejorative (also term of abuse or term of disparagement), as a noun, means a word or phrase that implies disapproval or contempt and is meant to be insulting, impolite, or unkind: "A belittling or disparaging word or expression." When used as an adjective, pejorative is synonymous with derogatory, derisive, dyslogistic, or contemptuous.

  • Hey everyone I'm going to take out a loan I can't pay off. Then I'm going to buy shit I can't afford. Then I'm going to blame this shit on everyone and refuse to pay.

  • uh she was paying. Jacking a rate to 30% is straight wrong. You can never pay out of that. Its a breach of contract. She would have never agreed to the terms if the original rate was 30%

  • She was in debt.

  • I had to quit school because of student loans... 18% interest rates on a student loan? Are you fucking kidding me? The only students that'll be able to pay that off are the ones who get lucky and find the job they want. Everyone else is fucked for life in debt.

  • Jeez, what kinda loan did you get? I have three loans atm and the highest is 7.5 and the lowest is 4.5

  • this guys a fucking idiot, what the fuck is that supposed to mean. stop making dumb metaphors for boring shit

  • This "guy" is smarter than you'll ever be.

  • no hes not, hes a moron. why is this shit on youtube? these people talk all day about polotics but they dont know jack shit about american history

  • this country is gone to shit.

    its no secret.

everywhere you look there's corruption or something is failing and nothing can be done about it because this country is basically torn between 2 sides that cant agree on anything.

our country is going to fail and we just just keep moving towards that inevitability... we might be moving slower, but we're still headed that way.

we are the laughing stock of the rest of the civilized world and it's all our own fault that we are this screwed up

  • If you are running a balance on your credit card, you are NOT living within your means. Anyway, if you sign an "adjustable-rate" anything, you are a dumbass. Anyway, regulations PROTECT "big business" from entrepreneurial competition, which is why regulation accomplishes exactly the opposite of what people want. The ONLY way to keep businesses "in check" is with free-market competition, which means LESS regulation, not more. It also means not being a financial dumbass.

  • Are only idiots watching this video? Seriously guys, have you no thoughts of you own? Solaraine, you sound like you have no idea whats going on, and crazyamericadotnet, seriously? WTF guys, she said she is paying her bills, and you can have a credit card and live within your means! In fact its a great way to build credit!! DUMBASSES! The point is that corporate America is screwing the people that make them their money! Read a book and quit watching bill orielly on fox, morons!

  • She does have a point, though. When you start struggling to pay off your credit cards, the credit card companies will change your terms so that you'll be locked into debt for life. At that point, they own you. It should be illegal.

  • While I agree that banks should've never been deregulated and it's caused a huge economic crisis, I also think if people would STOP USING CREDIT and live within their means, this wouldn't even be an issue. The banks can't take advantage unless there's credit involved. It's kind of like saying, hey I dug myself into this financial mess, now let's make the government solve the problem with the banks instead of me stop my terrible spending habits.

  • tru , but its the fed that introduced credit in a very secretive way. its tru we should stop using credit but we were trained to do so.

  • wilderwun211: Credit is really important. You can't just stop using credit, how could you ever buy a house? Nobody pays for a house without getting some sort of loan. Few people buy cars without a loan.

Regulated credit is much better than no credit at all. This is why we need regulated credit, as stated in the video.

  • I got an idea for this woman. PAY YOUR BILLS. Stop taking on debt you can not handle. Read the fine print, and dont use credit cards. Cash is King. They did not beg you to take their money. You have no right to a credit card. If you dont like the terms cancel the card. Speak with your wallet thats what a freemarket is all about

  • Why does this guy have earphones?, it makes no sense.

  • I closed my Bank of America account years ago. If everyone did the same, B of A would fail. Try to find a smaller bank with more personal service.

  • If you don't want the rates don't get the credit card. Hell, if you MUST borrow, people like me provide personal loans within 16-28% all of the time. "Ungodly profits" LOL

  • you know how we can show support for this woman? if you have a bank america account withdraw every dime go to another bank and when you do be sure the manager of the bank knows "I'm doing this for Anne" i know what your thinking "but all the banks do this" but you see if we all rally behind this one woman it becomes a movement the other banks will get wind of this let's put them on notice.

  • I'm in Love... She is a Hero! With bigger balls than most Men in the Gov. The samething happen to me, I wished I had done a video.

I just wait and when they call I tell them the samething "Tough SHIT. Call the White House, They will help."

    FUCK'UM!!!

  • End the Fed Ron Paul for 2012 or now

  • If a bank has "unsound business practices" and "screws people out of their money," guess what--in the free market, you can take your business elsewhere and let the bad banks fail. They'll get replaced. But people living on credit are screwing those of us who are responsible. The problem is they don't want to give up their lifestyle. Well, sorry, I have no sympathy--I WANT high interest rates so that my savings will keep up with inflation.

  • But YOU're not getting high interest rates. Only the people CHARGING interest are.

  • Exactly, I charge interest to invest my money at the bank.

  • Cenk is a retard. The only way to keep banks honest is to keep the markets free of government corruption, so that the demand goes to good banks and the bad ones go out of business.

  • If you carry a balance on a credit card whose interest rate isn't fixed, you are a dumbass and deserve no sympathy. YOU are the problem with the economy, and YOU need to suck it up and face the consequences. Stop whining and stop trying to drag those of us who are fiscally responsible down with you.

  • Yes, because banks who are getting too big to be let fail, practicing unsound business practices, and screwing people out of money and not getting in trouble for it are not the problem, the people who are getting screwed are.

  • Hey notjustanotherface. you obviously can't read I said zeitgeist is propaganda too, you fucking moron learn to read a little better before you try to talk shit on you tube asshole.

and the answer is simple DON'T GET CREDIT CARDS, if you don't have money you shouldn't be buying shit in the first place, groceries and what not are understandable but splurging at the mall or walmart is what puts people in these situations. Personal responsibility is also a HUGE factor in this the blame is 50/50.

  • dude get rid of the commercials in the beginning plz i already dislike listening to u speak i just want the clips u say u have n thats it

  • Credit councilor ? Thats like sending a drunk to the distillery for advice on what to drink. We should all stop cooperating with these thieves, and do all our business locally. Just put "No Contract, and Return to sender" on the bills, and take control. All of us acting together will overcome their ability to single us out for punishment.

  • if they cranked her rate to 30% it's because her debt-to-equity ratio is too high. She should seek credit counseling. She states that she was referred to credit counselor. She should go. She states she has no problem with her budget, yet she's "carrying a balance". Hello? That balance is debt. If you had not problem you'd pay it off. Pay off your debt, live within your means, and stop whining.

Short version: Don't like a 30% rate. Cancel the card and open an account elsewhere at a better rate.

  • Most will take this the wrong way but when you take a look at 9/11, who did the terrorist strike? Washington and Wall St.!

Washington and Wall st are precisely the ones who enslave, rob, and outright murder the vast majority of avg Americans, and yet avg americans are giving their lives in bogus wars to protect them!

Perhaps we should rethink having a bipartisan relationship with our govt and just start taking back what is rightfully ours, BY FORCE!

  • ...or, for a more civil approach, just stop paying our taxes!

If everyone in mass stopped paying, or maxed out bogus deductions so employers took out the least possible, and then DEMANDED reform of our govt, like campaign finance reform just to name one. They would be far more inclined to listen, because right now they DONT HEAR A SINGLE WORD from us!

  • I told my bookie about this debtor revolt. He didn't buy it.

  • When you owe me money, I own you. When I owe money, I'm a slave. Most people are indifferent to this. Slavery doesn't bother most folks if they're getting paid, they have shelter and they have what the Jones' have. It's human nature not to question a game while they're winning it. You're just not going to tell people to stop borrowing. The idea has to be spread around so that future generations will grow up more accustomed to the idea, and their children even more so...

  • The US is one of the worlds largest plutocracies. I'm always amazed at the number of Americans that are duped into fighting for the banks and corporations that oppress them.

  • In my opinion, the American people should march into Wall Street and Washington D.C. with their guns and demand to take back ownership of the U.S.

If the bankers and crooked politicians resist, they should be dragged out into the streets and executed like they did during the French Revolution.

We have to stop being scared of the government. The people shouldn't be scared of the government. The government should be scared of the people.

The U.S. wasn't founded by fearful men.

  • the only problem with this and the reason the media HASNT called anybody out is that theyre ALREADY OWNED by the corporations.

  • Accidental thumbs down. One of the biggest mistakes made was when Clinton removed the regulations that limited the number of media outlets a corporation owned. Independent minded media is going to go away. No disrespect, but how long will TYT remain independent? What happens when someone shows up with N millions? Is TYT even independent? I haven't checked its ownership.

  • I feel bad for this lady but she agreed to the terms. She went into debt and spent more than she could afford. She agreed to an adjustable rate or whatever the terms were.

Fuck the banks and fuck the fuckin government!! We need to end the fed and get off this credit based "capitalism". Capital can only come from savings.

We all deserve what is happening now, we have allowed it to happen.

  • Largely we tricked into it by being fed a fantasy of free markets. People hate to live by rules and regulations, and this hatred was exploited by large corporations which allowed them to have rules removed. This allowed these corporations to eat us up. Until people understand and that rules and a level playing field are necessary and get their little piggy minds cleaned out, we are going to be stuck where we are.

  • Capitalism a love story

  • This is why I just don't use credit cards. I end up living a lot more modest lifestyle than most people, but I don't deal with all this crazy bullshit.

I live in reality. The world is full of crooks and liars who will take everything from you if you give them the chance. I try to give them the chance as little as possible, but I still get a lot taken from me.

I just think all the douchebags who brag about material stuff but have it because of debt should all become slaves.

  • Bank of America is one of the worst companies on the PLANET. These fuckers should burn in hell for how they treat people.

  • just file bankruptcy. Nothing wrong with it.

  • My mom overdrew $3.00 on her account and ended paying $50.00 in fees. She switched to a smaller local bank. Bank of America has grown to big for middle class Americans. Its time we showed them who really controls our money!

  • You dick head. Bank of America and EVERY other credit card company raised rates on ALL of their card holders because of OBAMA'S credit card bill. This bill made it illegal for credit card companies to offer "teaser" rates and then raise your rate. The law goes into effect later this year so ALL credit card companies raised rates on EVERYONE, regardless of credit score BECAUSE OF REGULATION! Instead of a fair system based off credit score everyone gets fucked!

  • Sure, the poor billionaires are always pressured into making even bigger profits. How hard it must be for them.

  • Im not a wealthy individual, as a result I would like to be judged by MY credit score; not the collective credit score of the american consumer.

Regulation is BAD! Free markets work themselves out to be fair to everyone.

  • free markets dont always work out to be fair ummmmmmmmm do you remember the monopolies and the poor treatment of workers in America's past! Free markets are good but need regulations to stop unfair tactics which actually kill the market for the long term and the screw the average joe.

  • So your telling me that becuase of the regulation to protect people that its the regulations fault that banks want to squeeze every ounce of profit from it customers!! No they have uncontrollable greed that actual hurt the market by giving government openings to regulate!
