I love the old Eugene Oregon/US made Burley Trails. I will not purchase the "new" Burley Trails. Are they still made in Eugene Oregon? Please be honest
@ministercreek Burley products are manufactured in Asia (China and Philippines) and we 100% stand behind the safety and quality of our products with our warranty and safety testing. You can learn more about our Corporate Responsibility Policies (under About/Corporate Responsibility Policies) and our Warranty (under Support/Warranty). Thanks for thinking of Burley!
Burley Trailers are NOT what they used to be. I do believe they are now made in China. I have the old D'Lite model (made in Eugene Oregon) and it is far superior to the "new" Burley trailers. Mine is lightweight, very strong, has traditional wheel drop-outs to attach the wheels and a full permential frame, unlike the new Burley models. I am very disappointed with the "new" Burley trailers.
@ministercreek I'm glad you appreciate the quality we've had over the years. And, we assure you that safety is a top priority in our products. Our new Burley trailers all still meet the ASTM safety standards that we help develop. You can read more about that on our website (under Products/Safety Features). Thanks for your support! Keep on cycling!
