I know a family who the father lost his job and he couldnt pay his rent for a few months, his landlord wanted to evict him, his wife and kids. He ran to "Emergency Response" (NJ) they told him the only way they could help him pay back rent is if hes making enough money now to cover his current rent, (in other words if u r out of a job u r screwed).
And even if u right now u make enough to cover current rent it is still very difficult to get help you have to bring all different paper work (i.e. receipts of every dollar u spent for the last 2 month. Basically very few people get approved.

Now, if a bank bilks you out of more money than the contract terms say, and they breach the contract, you have every right to have them prosecuted and sue. But I don't see a lot of homeowners doing that. Sure, some may say, "Well, it's a recession and they don't have a lot of money." Class action lawsuits have lawyers representing LOTS of people hurt by a drug or company. Why coudln't the same be done for homeowners if, in fact, banks screwed them over? Michael Moore claimed on Hannity's show that the FBI is prosecuting a lot of banks for this, but I'm not so sure. He ran to "Emergency Response" (NJ) they told him the only way they could help him pay back rent is if hes making enough money now to cover his current rent, (in other words if u r out of a job u r screwed).

Over $12 Trillion has been allocated in Bailouts to save us from a collapse of the banking system caused by derivatives based on bad mortgages. If, taxpayer funds were used to pay off any of the bad mortgages (and thus make good the underlying derivative bet), we would have saved both the homeowners and banks. Instead, the money was just given to banks. What does that tell you?

I've had a stroke and it's difficult for me to concentrate long enough to read a book but I do like listening to Dick Morris.I think he hits it right on the head most of the time. I listen to Glenn Beck every day. The things he says makes me feel uneasy sometimes but we need to hear what he says. It's important. If it gets too bad, I just watch a comedy then finish watching.

Oh alright. Well what I was referring to makes the 2010 elections more important than ever. Obama wants Acorn in charge of the census so they can give blue states more electoral points by counting people that don't exist. And by encouraging illegal immigration with amnesty and free health care he is build up the liberal voting base. I think Morris has a video about this on his channel, he explains it better I can. 2010 is a chance to slow down one of the most dangerous men in America.

Too true!
History has shown in the past that anytime there's a 1 part rule in Congress & the White House, the people don't care too much for the monopoly and typically vote the other party in. But the polls are showing a MAJOR disapproval of what the Democrats in power are doing. By the mid-term elections next year, the voters will "change" their support of them due to 2 reasons... (cont)

1. If... these spending sprees are passed and the economy does not improve, they wreck the economy even more, the National Debt gets out of control, unemployment rises even more, and the government appears to have taken too much control, theyll vote them out!
2. If... these bills fail, the voters see the lack of results promised by obamer & the Democrats and once again, try for change in political leadership!
But the GOP needs to start jumping on this opportunity NOW... and not wait!

If the fraud and tax ( known as cap and trade ) passes it is going to kill us. Same with the health care fraud. The hard core democrat/liberals are still pushing these but even they have to see that they fail. If they care is another matter. I emailed every representative in Iowa yesterday and demanded that a provision be put in the health care fraud that they will be required to be on it an suffer as they want Americans to do. Like they care what anyone but themselves care about LOL.

Pitter, You're points are right on! And I had a similar challenge that I put before Congress regarding the Health Care Reform package.....
IF this Health Care Reform package is so great for the taxpayers...... then I think that the "DEMOCRATS" should try this plan on themselves personally for 1 YEAR!
If you still are in good health and can show that it's better than the doctors you have now, we'll be HAPPY to support this bill.
Democrats & obamer... are you up for the challenge????
