As far as i know, Cartel Communique worked on it in partnership with Osymyso. At least i remember this video being released way back when the whole Pat & Peg thing happened.

nearly. we heard a self-pressed 12" by Osymyso, and were blown away by its genius. We tracked him down like a pair of stalkers in a nightclub, and said we wanted to make a video for the track. He still had a ropey VHS of an Eastenders omnibus where he had sourced the samples, and the rest was history. After this we carried on working together for years on over 20 projects
