I know I'm nitpicking here, but I think it's strange that this would be associated with modern night elves, considering it sings about Azshara and highborne. Also mentioning Nordrassil, which I believe was some time after Azshara's rule, and Elune. It's like a balance between the vane, worshiping Azshara and the religious, worshipping Elune and nature. Then again, we have Sylvanas, an undead high elf singing about blood elves, so yeah. :P

@SilverLord001 Nightsong is intended to be sort of like a sung history of the Kal'dorei, so it goes back to Azshara and from there it moves on. Sylvanas' song is a retelling of the events leading up to the destruction of the Sunwell. TL; DR Elves are strange.

@deathara1 actually, its not that far off, iv done a study of belf language and the belf and night elf languages are not that much diferent. like when the music says quel'dorei which means children of a nobel birth sin'dorei means children of the blood in thalasian (belfish) they atleast got parts of it right
