This was Synthol. Synthol, is a oil that is injected into the muscle and it swells making a cavity in the muscle. The oil is absorbed and you are left with an empty cavity in the muscle. The idea is, if you do weights, The muscle will repair and fill this void left by synthol creating the over grown muscle you see here.

Synthol is insanity and a dirty drug.

It's oil that gets into between the muscle fibers and expands, making the muscle look bigger. "Bodybuilders" mostly use them right before a show and inject them into sites they feel need to look bigger(mostly smaller muscle groups like Biceps.)

It is also a painful drug, the oil is thick like Parabolin used to be(it was stored in peanut oil if I remember.) and increases the chance of abscesses that much more.
