  • what was this made in?

  • I been dragonborn!!!!

  • 0:18 chuck norris.

  • This is so cute *-*

  • Cute dragon

  • dragon seems great expect wings...

  • bump

  • I agree with MrFisher150421. I will add that in the road scene I would expect the downdraft from the wings to move the trees at the side of the road, a little bit of wobble there would be a plus. Also a little bit of dust kicked up from the side of the road.

An awesome job, but in places a little bit too "neat and clean".

  • awesome mode, but the animation can be played some slower, in my opinion

  • well done! i only have one problem. When he is running on the road, he never folds his wing and so it looks like he is ramming his wings into the wall.... but great vid!

  • Quick! Someone, call the Dragonborn!!

  • better than som of the crap syfy makes

  • very impressive

  • amazing

  • Lixoo

  • Very nice shadows

  • I don't like the chase scene coz he's moving far to fast and jumpy.

It doesn't look realistic as it should and none of his parts seem to have any weight.

    Therefore it appears very fake.

The second thing was hilarious :P and had much better weight feeling. Plus beeing more of a humour scene makes it more forgivable.

It's actually hard to see if the first clip is a happy or evil chase.

but i LOVE the vs fight with the full cg dude. Really cool.

You probably have alot better things now days.

  • love it

  • i dont like it

  • fucking hilarious dragon hahaha

  • GIMME DAT DRAGON!!! NAOW! :D

  • simply AWESOME, i'm love with this dragon

  • AWESOME

    JUST.

    PLAIN.

    AWESOME.

  • All in all it's an extremely well done piece, but there are a few things that may need some editing. If you look at the wings, the fingers don't 'bend' like you would see in a creature with similar wings. In addition, during the flight scene, at certain times the entire wing would bend backward, if this were real that dragon would've had a broken wing. I would suggest looking at a bat's flying mechanics and wing anatomy to get a better understanding of how your dragon wings should move.

  • @MrFisher150421 Awesome vid, however the downside is the wings as you have said and the shadow texture. other than that its good.

  • @MrFisher150421 if it were real.... how mny dragons have you seen?

  • @TehGrizly Yeah wtf. The anatomy is already impalusible. All tetrapods have four limbs. I dunno what muscle the wings are using. Bats fly with their arms, like Skyrim's dragons.

  • FUS RO DAH!

  • now I have to figure out how to use blender :']

  • nicely done!

  • Kinda reminds me of Jar Jar Binks from Star Wars

  • @krest4312 42 :D

  • It's filmed in South Korea right?? I know =p

  • nice work!

  • wow!

  • cool

  • 0:18 AWWWH CUTE

  • nice work. At 0:14-0:25 i had to think about my kids at a certain age. Children seem to be the same, dragons or not

  • JOOR

    ZAH

FRUL skyrimrimmers will know this one

  • @Vonjo17 its Fus Ro Da

  • @WOLFIFY1 It's Dragonrend not Fus Ro Dah

  • can i have this footage video?

  • I like the one at 0:24 it's so coute

  • Which program did you use for this animation?

  • where did you learn this?

  • I love this. I really like 0:14-0:25. Is this a movie?, cause it should be.

  • SO EPIC

  • on skyrim its + beautiful

  • The shit dude! Go make some epic movies!

  • This is an epically awesome animation...I could very well need you guys to work on this "secret" project I'm doing!!! But anyways, this is by far the best dragon animation I've ever seen! Kudos! BTW, ya think you could do werewolf animations or lion animations (lion animations in the style of Lion King for one of my special BFFs)? Thanx a bunch!!!

  • this looks more like clifford the big red dog... ahhh memories..

  • cool as hell...what movie is that?

  • Shit you're a good animator...

  • Cute

  • vary nice detail thums up from me

  • You used Blender for this right? i'm pretty sure you did. but anyways... Awesome!

  • I think this is an amazing or actually outstanding job.

  • It's a cg mythical creature. In cases like this, applying as much realism as possible is often a personal preference. Not a standard. I seriously doubt any of us saw Dragonslayer, Dragonheart, etc and went "that's not how he/she would fly!!" I mean, if you did...you got way bigger problems than dragon wings.

Btw, the Luck Dragon from The Neverending Story had NO wings. Try not to have an epileptic fit over it.

  • These dinosaurs did exist. But they all took an arrow to the knee

  • @fabregas7242 lol

  • very nice ;)

  • spyro

  • BATTLE OF THE SACRED BLOODLINE

  • what is the program, I cant find a good one...

  • Pretty cool! But if you think of it skeleton wise it's a bit wierd (The model is awesome but it should'nt need the front legs) If you study bats you will see that the skeleton looks like a human skeleton just warped. For a dragon you would simply extend the arms, switch out the skull, add a tail, lengthen the foot(It would only stand on it's toes) and the wings would be long fingers (Bats have fingers, just bent backwards whit skin between them). Awesome animation anyway ;)

  • FAKE! or is it!

    hehe :P

    awesome animating

  • Such a cute dragon =))

  • oh god where's the rest? I wanted to see the fight! :D

  • FUS RO DAH

  • How long did it take you to make this? It must have been a lot of work. Also, it reminds me of Spyro LOL.

  • where are the wings muscles if it has 2 front arms?

  • Very well done.

  • AWESOME

  • Comment removed

  • holy shit! the full CG part at the end is just... mind-boggling!

  • lmao at the scared dragon part. Little poof of smoke...

  • Thats good and It looks like an older Spyro

  • Excuse me o..o I was wondering... could you work with me on making a dragon..?

  • Do you mind telling me what software you used? Great texture and animation.

  • Pretty daaamn good

  • how do you do that

  • Awesome!

  • very good work. now i need to figure how to do this in Blender. :)

  • @munyeezy I hope you're not talking about the free blender that you get from the internet, because when my friend downloaded that his computer literally died a day later!

  • @munyeezy I'm curretly working on a model, if you want I can send you a link when I made a video with it.

  • @Foody1997 I would sooooo appreciate it! Thanks. I'm assuming you are making it in Blender? If not it's fine still, share anyway. Thanks again and good luck with the project. :)

  • very impressive. the body resembles a german shepard. I love it! great job!

  • how did u make that and what program

  • I'm getting 3DS Max soon, could you do a tutorial on the dragon? I mean I have crud loads to learn first, but I figured what better way to leave highschool than a 3D dragon eating me in a video?

  • xDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD aun que el video es gracioso

  • oooooooooohhhhh mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy gggggggggoooooooooooooddddddddddd you must have got really bored making the texture

  • what program? and how long did it take to do those things?

  • how did you make the shadow for the dragon is there some kind of tool to just place angel of the light + floor and then it will do it automaticly?

  • hahaha nice video! :)

  • think of a personality for the dragon

  • what software do you use?

  • Dammit you people amaze me xDD

  • Awesome acting! Love the dragon's reaction to the person appearing. And the guy fighting looked great!

  • spyro ftw!

  • @TheHyruler that isnt spro that is ember or whats her name

  • skyrim?

  • very unique and well-thought movements... great animation dude!

  • thats a game?

    lol 0:15

  • WHERE CAN I FIND MODELS LIKE THIS??? ALSO ANIMAL , MONSTER , EVERYTHING!!! I MEAN ONLY THE MODEL WITH AN UNIQUE COLOR FOR THE BACKGROUND! thanks!

  • Comment removed

  • The choreography of the CG sword fighter was pretty cool

  • i think that animation its not so easy to do it.

still... ME WANT THE PROGRAM TO CREATE DRAGON WORLD XD

  • Cute lil' guy! Great job!

  • Red Spyro :)

  • Omg this was so fucking cute XD

But I agree on the wings should stretch further down it's body

As for the membrane? Who cares.

This is great! did you make this? YOU ARE AMAZING!

    This blows my mind

  • I pretty much LOVE this dragon. It's amazing.

  • i like how people are hating on the model for not being real. Show me a real dragon then, please. Model could perhaps be better and more realistic but who says thats whats wanted or even if theres time for that. Never mind the model, if the animation is convincing you don't notice if the model actually makes the stuff it's doing impossible. That said, I don't like the flying, the wings are just everywhere in a very awkward way.

  • can someone please direct me to animation tutorials? to a tutorial maybe that was made with this program?

  • what software ?

  • @CookieeMonstarr666 im pretty sure this is blender

  • @Linguma is it available on windows ? thank you .

  • @CookieeMonstarr666 yea its free too

  • @Linguma im going to download it ..but i couldn't find the official site ..any links ? pm me (:

  • test animation, man i'm bad at animating

  • This is not a real dragon. Next time, if you want to make it look real, then don't draw it! I am disappointed with its fakeness

  • love the dragon. good work!

  • with which program it is done??

  • Is this real life?

  • 0:21 nighttime!

    0:23 Daytime!!!

  • @generationm0vies1 ???........ im mellltttinnnggg!!?

  • @Scarlett4evaFever its from "walk on the wildside"

  • When a dragon runs it's wings are on it's side folded in.

  • so cute ar 0:19

  • this is awsome

  • Holy shit, someone has a job in animation. So awesome, love that draggy XD

  • Oso Søt. Too cute if translated to english.

  • WOW

  • what program did you use?

  • somewhere along the Han River in Korea right?

  • The dragon was great, but I was mindblown by what came after. WOW!

  • hehe Genial

  • also, you need two sets of shoulder blades one on top of the other for the front legs and the wings. And the breast plate needs to come out a lot further to accommodate the wingspan.

  • WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW

  • Lol love the way it hides and looks shy lol

  • FUNKY DRAGON

  • your good

  • how u get that?

  • i love the way it hides!

  • Funny! But his wing sometimes appears to go through things...

  • Hey I really live your dragon and was wondering what software u used to create it and if you could give me the dragon model?

  • Wow man that's some really good stuff!

  • awesome

  • Amazing dragon model! But it needs some motion blur, it looks like stop motion.

  • looks like my dog

  • @velikige100 or whatever your name is I'd like to see you make something that great.

  • That's awesome! But I think the wings r a little to thin to support the dragon

  • i just loved when he hides between his wings!!!...soooo CUTE!

  • What program was this darling critter made in?

  • It's a good model, the only thing that needs fixing is the wing membrane needs to stretch farther down the length of the body. The wings aren't "wide" enough to look like they'd support the dragon. Such a lack of support would leave the dragons hindquarters dragging limply in the air as it flies. The model is also missing the membrane that should stretch from the wings shoulder to the wing thumb. That's very important for flying. I suggest studying pterosaurs and bats.

  • @irkendragon Dude, seriously? Dragons didn't even exist, that's why they are called mythical creatures. Hence you are free to draw them as you please.

It's like saying winged unicorns were able to fly, so there's only one way to represent them.

  • @noiseker yes cause it makes sence on how mythical creatures were carved all over the world because in the year 1500 B.C. we had planes and cell phones to call one another to let them know to draw this object makes perfect sence im so glad you were there and know this for sure. ^.^

  • Comment removed

  • @noiseker It's called making a better more believable animation/drawing. And believe or not, artists and animators must consider these things.

  • @noiseker ok...so i dont know this but tell me if you do know

so if dragons dont exist...how do people even know what they look like?

    >_<

  • @noiseker So what the fuck does it matter if they are or not? You still need to consider the smallest things like that if you don't want to lose for instance your job in some cases. End of the story.

  • @noiseker The latin word for the one-horned rhino (which is now extinct?) is unicornis, same word is used in the Bible for a unicorn. A unicorn was NOT a winged horse.

  • @noiseker still, having logic put into the creatures you draw usually makes them better. Don't you think ? And wings are important.

  • @DeidaraArt96 Sure putting logic into a creature will make it look better, but when you are talking about cg animations. It involves messing around with shaders and physics simulation. Which can increase render times even 10 times more.

It's just not fair when somebody (especially people who think a 1 ton reptile would be able to fly) goes like ''meh, the wings don't look right'' and dislike the video for it. Having NO idea how much effort it takes to create such a piece of work.

  • @noiseker I know it takes a ridiculous long time to make an animation like that, I draw and try on stuff but I won't try on 3D animations anytime soon, it's simply too complicated for me xD

But I know how to draw creatures. And a creature like that can technically fly if you changed some aspects of it's anatomy and gave it bigger wings C:

But yes, I know the animation takes time, skill and programs. but the more the artist thinks about the character the better it will look in the end c:

  • @irkendragon dragons are not real

  • @FieryTigerWolf how do you know? lol

  • @FieryTigerWolf And mind telling me how the fuck does that concerns his comment, you fucktard?

  • @tDeathwingr haha chil out boyooo

  • @irkendragon Hey,it's Ross from "Friends" TV show !

  • @irkendragon

    Dragon + Physics = ∞ ÷ 0

  • @irkendragon thank you very much for saying this i always get angry when people forget the basic details of the wings.

  • @irkendragon

thanks for putting this info as it will help me personally with my study on being an artist. I'm not necessarily into the 3d max thing yet only because i want to learn how to draw realism with the majority of animals from heart first. Anyways thanks alot for these references will help me with the anatomy of dragons and what not. Greatly appreciated <3.

  • ahww hes so cute (when he got cuaght blowing fire)

  • This is cool. I'd love to have seen this in movies!
