hey help me out the right side of my chest and back have more muscle than my left what do i do just keep doing my push ups and hope they evenout or what??
We've all got imbalances and they tend to be more pronounced in our eyes. Ask a friend what they think. If they agree with you then the best thing would be to consult a personal trainer.
Oh yeah I was doing these today, emphasis on leaning forward to create that "crescent" shape
