Yep, i have been TRYING to work with thedarkbanshee, though im not much help as my computter keeps Stabbing me in the back. I now have the fire born moddel fully fuctional

when I first aded it I had no animation but I took the admant storm animation files and added them to the fire born

I need to figure out how to allow all 3 models as well as 3 factions run at the same time so were not stuck to 2.

I also have the ability to add NEW models but so far I have only been able to replace existing ones to the old ones I waill eventually add them as new moddels

I'm the guy who is doing the revival and as far as my fixes go the games runs SMOOTH the only problems i ran into were opposite teams trying to get in a vehickle at the same time causes a bug that bother players get stuck in the vehickle and only 1 player get to controll the vehickle

To anyone and Everyone who is a Starsiege Fan, Im Delighted to report that there is a Starsiege 2845 Revival Project in the works, Volenteers are MORE then welcome ;P We currently have a Special ATR with bug fixes and working online play, and are working on getting the source code to pretty much everything (including all those tasty mech's, that wernt releaced in the official ATR) Get in touch if you want in, or just want to try it out - Spread the word people ;)

Starsiege was one of my favorite games to play. I never really got into TRIBES at all. I think they wasted a good series when the left Star/Earth Siege in chase of a FPS. This makes me think of MechWarrior more and more. I just want plane ol' StarSiege where we used to Blast [MIB] in multiplayer. If they made the graphics compete with today's games it'd rock. To me you wouldn't even have to update the story line. Same Story. Same Weapons. Same Hercs. New Graphics. Can I get that?

I can not promise you NEW graphics beyond the ones yo seen here however I'm going to add many new things to this game. If this game does well I may take my efforts further and eventually remake this game on the TGEA making this game have 1 hell of an upgrade that thats to far in the future to get into at the molment

this video reminds me too much of tribes. Footsoldiers are fine, but they should have realistic physics, which they don't appear to have.

I played it a few times. I liked the footsoldier idea, but they were able to destroy HERCs with handguns in the ATR.... completely insane. A handgun shouldn't be a threat to any herc.

it was an alpha, they were simply testing physics.

But eventually the infantry were probably going to get the pioneered spinfusor.

Remember Starsiege evolves into Tribes eventually.

they really pussied out with this project, they ceased development because its graphics 'wouldnd compare to games like crysis' /eyeroll

No, they stopped development because Vivendi Universal, the holders of the IP, were total assholes so the team quit the project and are now working on awesomeness for UT3.

The graphics were to be updated the ATR only looked like that.

They gave up because ViVindi Universal could not get garage games to give out their tribes jet pack source and they did not want to make it themselves. Currently I have the power to finish this game I'm working on getting them to release the source code they made and it would get put on the advanced TGE they are slow at getting back to me on this

INDEED this game will rock I'm downloading this game as I'm typing this. I hope the creaters made this more like BF2 or should I say 2142 and tribes all in one.
