you touched my heart with this. I have carried a parallel story for years. I met Lok (not his real name) in 1987. He had run from Cambodia to "KOW-ee-dong" refugee camp in Thailand after watching his family get shot. He was shot also but lived and took his neighbors kids who survived the village shooting miles on foot and eventually crossed the "river where you could get shot" for crossing. His love for those children he saved was spoken to in this song. His was a story of heart & courage.

Lai this tune speaks of my heart!!! I have had a rough time with my mother, we moved from one country to another. I did everything I could to help my mother and my two brothers (one of them is also diagnosed ADD/ADHD). This tune made me actually think about the old times and brought some tears into my eyes.
