If Malcolm Kelly freestyled at 78 bpm and then Jenkees synched his beat up to 78 bpm, it would still be unlikely for Kelly to remain at a constant 78 bpm, especially in an unaccompanied freestyle. It looks like minimal editing was done here because the video runs pretty smoothly and the sound seems uninterrupted. I still think Kelly must have an amazing sense of rhythm.
