I think this is true, even when other people tell you "can't do it" you have to believe that you can do things beyond your own abilities, because you may end up surprising yourself and everyone else around you.
Great video! I ran a half marathon last year and I never thought I'd be able to do it but literally I took each day at a time. If I could get through that day's training, I'd be one day closer to my goal. You are an inspiration! Thanks!!
Great achievement Jess; I am sure you will do great in the marathon. Wife of a friend of mine managed to lose almost half her weight, and finally managed to run marathons with her husband. She became so great that she just ran the Boston Marathon two years ago (that was her dream to run). And now she has her sight on Triathlon as she is a very good swimmer as well. And all this at a much older age.
