  • Good teacher...and very handsome to:)

  • ....You're very right, the spider movement should be very natural for the left hand, but what i found is that with this kind of analogie helped me to gain a deeper "conscience" when studying my left hand movements. this also, and very often, helped me to solve many problems when i had to approach a difficult change in position that many pieces of music riquired , turning it, into a very natural way to change position, exactly as you said...

  • Hi IlBardus, I'm Norberto Gonçalves Da Cruz, thanx a lot for your comment and question. I apologize for my english because is very bad, but i promise that i will take lessons :-)....

  • You are a fantastic teacher and player, know that?

Congratulations for the classes, I will keep watching ya.

Whatever, I want to ask something.

Is interesting you to do this kind of comparation like the snake and the spider. When I was learning about the guitar, this kind of thing was really usefull.

But don't you think the "spider" is natural?

I'm saying that because when I'm playing this faster songs, normally look for ways to facility the picking.

    So, what you think?

    Thank ya, again!

  • ....Often, we don´t find this kind of "pratical way of thinking" in most of manuals and methods, and in my opinion, the "natural" way and not "theoretical" will be the one that will support best your interpretation and expression and for yourself to enjoy your playing. And it's much more fun to study when you think in these things, don´t you agree? :-))) Thanx Bardus, keep in touch!

  • Fantastic lessons. I was wondering about the make of your mandolin. It is a wonderful instrument. All the Best, Joseph

  • Thank you for your expertise! I'm an American Irish Dancer who also enjoys mandolin, playing mainly Irish/Celtic. My Mother is originally from the Azores, so I'm appreciating very much hearing your music as well learning more about my favorite little instrument! She in traveling there now, I am jealous and wish I could hear it in person. Thank you! Obrigada

  • Essa parte final partiu-me todo lol :) Juize pikene!
